1. The operator must be qualified by the manufacturer. After fully understanding the structure and performance of the equipment, the operator can be employed for operation. The operator must abide by the relevant safety and handover system.
2. Before the work, strictly follow the lubricating oil regulations, refuel, and keep the oil volume properly, the oil circuit is smooth, and the oil filling port is clean.
3. Check the circuit, electrical parts, line connectors, switches are solid and complete, if damaged, must be repaired and replaced.
4. Check whether all parts of the machine are in good condition, whether the grinding wheel is flexible, the belt is tight, and the transmission part is firmly connected; after the inspection is completed, the machine is idling for 3-5 minutes to confirm that the parts are normal before adding the ore, and must be strict Add ore according to the specified amount, and overload work is strictly prohibited.
5. When feeding the mine, the material must be screened to prevent the iron block… hard metal debris from being thrown into the mill and damaging the machine.
6. When the machine is shut down for some reason, the material in the plate should be removed first, and then restarted.
7. When the equipment is running, the operator must not leave, and should always inspect the working conditions of each part. In case of: abnormal sound of the equipment, large vibration of the grinding wheel, excessive oil temperature of the reducer, overheating of the motor casing, slippage of the transmission belt… abnormal If the situation arises, it should be stopped immediately.
8. During the shutdown process, when the grinding wheel is not completely stopped, it is not allowed to extend the arm and other instruments into the grinding basin to prevent injury and damage to the machine;
9. When entering the internal cleaning and maintenance of the grinding basin, in addition to disconnecting the power switch, hang up the warning sign that “someone is overhauled, not allowed to close”, and special personnel should be set up to prevent touch.
10. After the inspection, the equipment must be carefully inspected, cleaned, and removed, and the operation switches should be placed in neutral before the power switch can be turned on.
11. During the use process, the maintenance principle of “seven days of small maintenance and one month of major maintenance” should be observed to ensure safe and efficient operation of the equipment.
